TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Reservation & Cancellation Policy:

Non guaranteed reservations will be released any time without prior intimation.

Cancellation of a guaranteed packages & reservation for FIT prior 21 days of the arrival date will incur no retention and within 21 days of arrival 100% retention charges are applicable.

For GIT above 7 rooms package prior 30 days of arrival date will incur no retention and within 30 days of arrival 100% retention charges are applicable.

In case of early departure, retention equivalent to balance package will be levied.

In case of no show, 100% retention equivalent to total room nights booked will be charged.

For cancellation's due to Bad weather at Srinagar Airport or Covid related issue's, we will issue a credit note which can be utilized in future reservations with us.

Please note if payment is done through Credit card and in case of cancellation 5% amount will be deducted as Credit card fee which we have to bear for the transaction.
